Taking Account of The Hundred Remedies of the Tao

This translation of the 6th century Taoist text, Bai Yao Lu, by ordained Taoist Priest Gregory Ripley reintroduces a set of spiritual prescriptions aimed at helping people solve problems in their daily lives. Unlike the Ten Commandments, the Hundred Remedies are neither rules or doctrines, but rather precepts or guidelines for navigating life’s challenges and pursuing a spiritual path.

Ripley offers commentary and interpretation for each of the “remedies,” explaining their intent and how they can be applied to life in the 21st century.
