With its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities, honey makes an ideal partner for Cannabis and other medicinal herbs. One teaspoon of Cannabis-infused honey will carry about 6mg of THC, well within the tolerance range of casual consumers.
To make Canna Honey, line the bottom of a slow cooker with a folded tea towel. Fill the crock half full of water and turn the heat to low. Pour honey into a resealable Mason jar and stir in 7 grams of powdered Cannabis. Seal the jar and place it on the towel.
After adding water to fill the crock within two inches of the top of the sealed jar, cover and warm on low for four hours. Then unplug the cooker and let the jar sit until cool enough to handle, then label and use or store for up to 12 months.
