Los Angeles farmers markets suspended to fight the spread of COVID-19 have been authorized to reopen after their plans to enforce social-distancing requirements were approved by the Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services.

The markets are required to limit attendance to no more than one person per 50 square feet at a time, have just one entry and one exit, and designate one person to handle cash payments who does not also handle food.
