The trial was too small and isolated to prove anything definitively, but its results suggest that lifestyle modifications can slow if not reverse some of the natural aging process. In this book, Dr. Fitzgerald details a “Younger You” lifestyle prescription that includes exercise, stress reduction, sleep, and relationships. A biological age reducing diet plan is included, prescribing eggs, veggies, animal proteins, healthy fats, organic dairy, beans and legumes, limited coffee, a little alcohol, and plenty of hydration.
