Statehood Day (Dan državnosti) in Montenegro is celebrated annually on 13 July to commemorate the day in 1878 when the Berlin Congress recognized Montenegro as an independent state.

As with other public holidays in Montenegro, Statehood Day is celebrated for two days with local foods, music and speeches.
