Chocolate Covered Anything Day

The best excuse for a cheat day, this food holiday covers it all, from nuts and coffee beans and raisins to donuts, bananas, cake, chips and strawberries.

This sweet day celebrates the art of dipping and drizzling foods in every kind of chocolate imaginable.

The concept of chocolate-covered snacks became especially popular in 1922 when Nestlé introduced Raisinets in 1922.

This food holiday probably originated more recently in the USA, but Chocolate Covered Anything Day has since spread globally due to an almost universal love of chocolate.
