This is an annual celebration of a puffed, fried, or baked cheddar cheese coated snack food. Made from a cornmeal base, these orange finger foods are variously referred to as cheese puffs, cheese doodles, or cheese curls. Whatever the variety, all leave the consumer’s hands coated with a fine orange powder.
