This festival showcases the Gulf of Mexico's finest and freshest commercial seafood. It is the primary fundraiser for the Florida Institute for Saltwater Heritage, a nonprofit dedicated to the preservation of Cortez Fishing Village.

The festival features live music, nautical arts and crafts, children’s activities, environmental exhibits, delicious seafood, and cold beer on one of the last true working waterfronts in Florida.
