This annual festival combines kidney beans and cornbread, music, dancing on Courthouse Square, handmade crafts and an outrageous competition featuring street racers shaped like outhouses. It includes a cooking contest that crowns a Bean Fest Cooking Champion, a street fair, and plenty of folk, gospel and country music.
